Our current longest resident, Pebbles is our mini-horse who loves treats and attention! She may be little, but she has a mighty personality!
Izzi, and her sisters (Dolli & Bambi) became Pebbles’ "babies" as they were bottle fed and quickly attached to mama Pebbles! Izzi had some health challenges at the beginning but pulled through and is healthy and happy today!
Dolli, our smallest goat resident is also our sweetest little love bug. She loves pets and will follow you around like a puppy dog.
Bambi is our picky girl. Unlike her sisters Izzi and Dolli, Bambi is not a fan or all fruits and veggies. She does love her apples though!
Zena, our largest, but indisputably the sweetest resident here at the Hearts and Hooves Haven. She likes to give you lots of kisses and hugs if you let her.
Her name may give it away... Stiner-Belle may be little but she sure has a BIG personality. She’s made the most progress of all our rescued residents and the trust she’s developing with us is absolutely heartwarming. Come see her and hear her inspiring story!
Our Miss Ellie is little for a “miniature“ pot belly pig. But her size is a good eye opening lesson to how these ”tiny“ pigs get much much bigger. She actually small for a pot belly. She’s also a sweet and patient as they get! She’s has to be to put up with her companion Charlie!
Charlie, Charlie, Charlie! Our big man on campus! Actually our only boy on campus to date! Carlie is a “micro mini“ pot belly pig, that also serves as a reminder of how big these wonderful animals do get! Charlie is our most vocal resident. He’s never hesitated to let us know how he feels.
Originally a Feral Barn Cat, Wicked is our tuxedo beauty. She has a beautiful life and has a beautiful story. Don’t be fooled by her name, she’s got Wicked cute personality!
Fluffy, another original Feral Barn Cat, turned lap kitty, has come a long way! Fluffy took the longest to trust but she has become a true example of what love looks like. The trust, love and bond that she has developed is beautiful.
Sam, unlike her sisters, was not a barn cat. She was born to a feral cat and was taken in as a bottle baby kitten. She fears nothing and is the most curious little fur ball ever. She has a purr that can melt your heart!
Sasha, our oldest resident here at Hearts and Hooves Haven is the peace keeper, and the guardian. She knows, and loudly reminds us when it’s time for all the critters to eat, and patrols the property to make sure all is as it should be. She’s such a good girl!!!!
The passion and enthusiasm Gina has for these animals and this cause is inspiring! What started as a love has become a passion that developed into a dream that is now a vision. The Hearts an Hooves Haven is that vision! Let’s make this happen!!!
Abbie, daughter of Gina, sits on the board of directors. She oversees our website and fundraising efforts, and husband, Marco, assists with the care and upkeep of the animals and property. Abbie is our foundation’s day one and biggest supporter! She has stepped in whenever needed and has never let us down!
Our only part-time residant, doggy-daughter of Abbie and Marco. Lucy is our ambassador of the Hearts and Hooves Haven. She is the pretty face behind all the hard work.
Kim, a business owner and professional, brings so much to our team. As a board member she serves a big need, but it’s her heart that’s makes her a priceless addition to the Hearts and Hooves Haven.
Always happy to care for these precious animals and keep the property safe and secure. Rain or shine, Brian is there! The animals love him! They know he’s got a big enough heart to love them all!
Ensuring all the animals have clean fresh water is one of the most important chores here at the Hearts and Hooves Haven. Rain or shine, Trista helps ensure these animals are loved and properly cared for! She’s also great at making these guys look so photogenic!
