 You are voluntarily participating in an environment that includes live animals, outdoor terrain, and interactive activities.  You accept full responsibility for your own safety and the safety of any minors with you.  You agree not to hold Hearts & Hooves Haven, its staff, volunteers, or affiliates responsible for any injuries, accidents, property damage, or other incidents that may occur.  You understand that animal interactions and farm activities carry certain risks.  By entering, you waive any right to claim reimbursement for injury or damages and confirm that you are not relying on any verbal statements not listed here.  Your presence on this property confirms your acceptance of these terms for yourself and any minors in your care.
